Insert bearings with For demanding operating conditions that
an eccentric locking occur in agricultural applications, such as
combines and balers, harvesters and disk
collar harrows, SKF has designed the YELAG 2
bearing series (ig. 14) These bearings:
• are intended for use in applications where 2

• are available with an inner ring extended
on both sides (ig. 13, bearing series
YEL 2)
• are capped on both sides with:
– a rugged standard seal (Standard seals,
page 345) for bearing series YET 2
– a rugged standard seal and an add-
itional plain sheet steel linger (Standard
seals with additional lingers, page 345,
designation sufix 2F) or a rubberized
sheet steel linger (Multiple seals,
page 346 designation sufix
2RF/VL065) for bearing series YEL 2
• have two lubrication holes in the outer
ring as standard, one on each side, pos-
itioned 120° apart
• can be supplied without lubrication holes
on request (designation sufix W)
